WILL OF EZEKIEL CHEEVER

EZEKIEL CHEEVER stated in his will that he was 65 years and upwards. He named his wife, RUTH. He named son, JOHN CHEEVER. The majority of his estate went to JOHN CHEEVER who was named sole executor. Will dated: 8 February 1837. /s/ Ezekiel Cheever Witnesses: WILLIAM RUGER and CHARLES MASON both of Watertown, NY Will proved: 16 July 1851.

NOTE: Ezekiel Cheever was born 19 August 1771 and died 20 Feb. 1849 per his tombstone in Freeman Cemetery, Jefferson Co., NY His Wife, Ruth, died 28 Feb. 1860 in her 85th year.
