Birth: Feb. 19, 1745 Death: Apr. 17, 1826

Ruth was the daughter of Jerijah Loomis and Abigail Atherton Loomis. She lived in Bolton, Tolland Co., Connecticut all of her life.

She married Joseph Webster on March 3, 1768. They had two daughters: Ruth in 1768 and Sabra in 1770.
