Sally Lorig

Mr. Sally Lorig,74, Of 5592 Trenton Rd., died unexpectedly Sunday June 17, 1984.
He was born in Germany , June 17, 1910. And in 1939 he came to the United States . In New York City on January 23, 1943 he married Edith Simon. they moved to Utica in 1960.
Mr. Lorig and his brother-in-law, Leo Simon owned and operated a dairy farm and Simon & Lorig Cattle Dealers. Mr. Lorig was a member of Temple Beth El . Utica and the Cattle Dealers Association.
Surviving besides his wife Edith ; is one daughter, Mrs. Milton ( Ellen) Jaffee; Of Staten Island; one son , Dr. Milton L. Lorig of Oakland, Ca.; one grandson Jared Jaffee; four sisters, Mrs. Sofie Lorig, Mrs. Ernest( Leonie) Damitt, Mrs. Ollie May, and Miss Elvis Lorig, all of New York City .
Friends are invited to attend funeral services Tuesday at noon from the surridge and Jacbson Memorial Home , Inc. 2212 Genesee St. Internment will be in Temple Beth El Cemetery, Whitesboro . Shiva the period of morning will be observed at the Lorig residence 5592 Trenton Rd.
