About Salomon Bremer
Salomon was a witness at the wedding of Max Werkendam (b1917) for the last wedding in the Orthodox Synagogue in Amsterdam, where he, along with others in the wedding group had to wear a yellow star. Sal as he was better known and his wife Keetje, along with Jetje Werkendam were all hidden underground during the WAR and all survived. They all attended the wedding of Hetty Werkendam and Jean Vergalle in 1951, which was held at the Town Hall in Amsterdam.
