Salomon Isenberg

Salomon ISENBERG was born on March 2, 1850, in Gilserberg, Germany, the child of Abraham and Beile. He married Betti STEINFELD on September 11, 1883. They had seven children in 12 years. He died on February 2, 1929, in his hometown, at the age of 78, and was buried there.

Translation on Tombstone: Here lied a man, Fearing G'd all his life flawless and upright in all his deeds he labored with all his strength for the sustenance of his generation until he reached the end of his life.

Mourned by his sons when he went to this eternety.  The man Salomon the son of Abraham Isenberg died on the 21st of Adar 5689. May his soul be bound in the bonds of the eternal life. Here rests Salomon Isenberg March 2, 1850 - April 2, 1929
