Samuel Fletcher Bouton (son of Dr. Nathaniel and Mary Ann Persis (Bell) Bouton), b. Concord, Merrick County, New Hampshire on June 23, 1837, educated at Pembroke, New Hampshire, and united with Plymouth Congregational Church in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois.
He m. at Concord, Merrick County, New Hampshire on March 17, 1856, to Ann Louise Hall (daughter of Robert Hall, M.D.) of Concord, she was born 1836, and settled at Chicago where she died December, 1856.
He married second at Chicago, Cook County, Illinois on January 1, 1860, Mary Ann Hoyt (daughter of William Henry Hoyt), of Henry, Illinois, where she was born in November of 1840, and settled in Chicago where they were living 1886.
