Samuel Calhoun and Mary Clendennen were married about 1745 probably in Cumberland Co. PA. Samuel and Mary had 14 children between 1747 and 1773, probably all born in East Pennsboro Twp. Cumberland Co. PA. Samuel's parents were: Hugh Calhoun (born 1692 Ireland - died 1753) and Agnes J. McCleary (born 1695 Ireland - died 1752) who were married about 1715 in Ireland. Hugh and Agnes McCleary Calhoun had 12 children born between 1715 and 1732 all in Ireland.
