Burial: Chesley Cemetery Upper Granville Annapolis County Nova Scotia, Canada stone said to have inscription: "Samuel Chesley died at Granville Oct 10, 1818, aged 81 yrs. A native of New Hampshire. One of the first settlers of the Township of Granville after the evacuation of the French."
