Samuel Moody, and another white Man, going a Ducking in a very small Canoe in Moorcock Creek, by Chicahominy Ferry, were over-let and both drowned." SO HIS DEATH WAS ACTUALLY Dec 15, 1737 not November as suspected in the MFB from the W&M Quarterly record.
