Samuel W Webber, II was born circa 1846 in Illinois, United States. His parents were Samuel Webber and Sarah Webber Camp Johnson Forsythe (Burke).

Samuel married Nancy Jane Boykin Webber Wiggington (Hansbrow) on April 7, 1871 in Illinois, United States. Together they had the following children:

1. Marthula J. Wigginton (Webber);
2. John T Webber;
3. Minnie Webber;
4. Arminty A Webber.

He died after 1897 and was buried in Mount Zion Cemetery, Jefferson County, IL.
