About Samuel W. Wilson
Samuel born 1762 married Martha Clark. He was 1st member of the Cumberland Presperterian Church at Harper Campground near Allisonia, Tenn.
Samuel Wilson was born in 1762 and married Martha Clark.
He served with Gen. Green in all his campaigns before and after the Battle of Guilford Courthouse.
They lived in the same community as his brothers. His will was recorded in July, 1813 naming his wife, Martha, and the following children:

2. Robert
3. Josiah
4. Polly
5. Betsy
6. Respath
7. Sall
He is said to have been buried in the part of Williamson County is now Marshall County, Tennessee.
