About Santiago Fonacier
Santiago Fonacier was a Filipino Aglipayan priest, journalist and politician. He represented the first district at the Senate of the Philippines from June 3, 1919 to June 2, 1925. He was the second Supreme Bishop of the Philippines Independent Church from October 1940 to 1946.
