Erik Larsson or Hansson, unsalvage, when she lost both her manor Hallstad and the fiefs her 1st husband had. In an undated letter in the National Archives to the King. May: t she says she suddenly noticed that two of her unsaved daughters' husbands started an untimely process against her two daughters of the saved litter regarding accounting for some goods, which belonged to Jöns Nilsson Örneklo in Lundby (+ 1652 "'/, according to the coat of arms in Bred's church), testifying that out of ignorance, after the death of her former husband, she took care of herself by entering into an unsaved marriage, whereby she not only herself forfeited all noble freedom, but also the welfare of her older daughters in their minor years was "continued". hvarfére she invited someone to make up for it by renouncing for their benefit for herself and her unsaved children all rights to the savior estates that accrued to her after Örneklo, which also her renunciation of 1665 7/, shows, that the daughters in question of royal mercy received in her place inherit Örneklo, and she now declares, that her unsaved children had no right to "take any action on this" on her behalf, and insist that the well-to-do wives Ingert and Sara should be allowed to enjoy the estate. The dispute was not settled while the mother was alive, because Sara requested that the K. M. be covered to decide this long dispute, before which the deceased mother's

CHRISTINA TORSKENSTIERNA was the daughter of Öfver-ste Lieutenanten Jon Anderson Torskenstierna to Ölsta and Halsta, ennobled but not introduced, and Ingeborg Roos. With him, Mrs. Daniel Hiort acquired the "Hal-stadh" in Björksta parish and Westmanland, which he called his "Gärdh" in a letter of 19 Dec. 1609, and which she, becoming a widow, must have held as her seat gärd in 1615, haremot she then, when she entered a new marriage with an unsaved man, the Rider Eric Larsson (or Hansson) lost all no less her HIORT for the life of Nader granted favors, which now belonged to the crown. In this way, both became fatherless and almost motherless, his daughters INGRETHA or INGRID and SARA, in the previously mentioned prayer writing, for some compensation in their lifetime for these estates that their late father most kindly assigned, which they did not enjoy in the least, and therefore now suto in the greatest poverty; but if they found anything, ür quite unknown. On the other hand, one can see from the mother's undated writing, which must be in the original in the Swedish National Archives, to the King. Majit, how did she, who had sensed that the husbands of her two unsaved daughters had started an untimely process against her three daughters of the saved litter, regarding accounting for some goods and their returns, which belonged to a Jons Nilsson Örnkloo in Lundby, certifying that out of misunderstanding, after the death of her former husband, she provided for herself by entering into an unsaved marriage, whereby she not only herself forfeited all noble freedom, but the welfare of her older daughters in their minors has been "preferred", offered to compensate them in some way for that by renouncing for their benefit all rights for themselves and their unsaved children to the saved estates, which accrued to her after the said Örnkloo, as her d. July 7, 1665, dated in Copia attached deed of resignation also expels, and unites the surviving daughters of the King who succeeded in her stable to inherit this Ornkloo, now declares that her unborn children had no right to pa on her behalf "n§gon action hereto adopt", and therefore requests that the virtuous Mrs. INGERT and Sara mate ogvale fü enjoy the estate. However, the above-mentioned dispute with their half-sisters was not settled while the mother was alive, as can be concluded from Sara's submissive, sometimes "Biographica" concerning Swedish noble families in Kongl. May was covered to decide this long and sad time, before which the body of the deceased mother could not be buried, as Mrs. Sara could not "alone" take care of it. This document is admittedly not dated, but from that word alone there is still valid reason to assume that it was written after the older sister's death, which occurred in 1666 or 1667, such as on 20 Nov. the last mentioned by her son Pehr Strale to Lundby and Ärby and daughter Ebba Beata Strale to Lundby and Litzlea's given city-affirmation of her previous year to Baroness Elsa Cruu's sale, or pledge, of two yards Drällstadh and one yard Litzlea&s in Tillinge parish, Asunda district, expels, whereby they call her their ', deceased mother'. This salubref, as well as another, given in Stockholm on May 11, 1670, through which the same Strûle and his wife Anna Cruus to Baroness Elsa Cruus for-silja Lundby sätesgard with Lundeboda in Tillinge parish, as well as payment of the debt in which his deceased mother IngrIde HIORT took place to her, will be found in the Manuscript collection at Wils Sütesgard in Upland, as well as the Preteck- the above, printed in Historiska Handlingar, to the printing promoted by Kongl. Society for the publication of Proceedings relating to the History of Scandinavia, L:e Delen. DANIEL HIORT's daughters also signed themselves to Hall-stad, no doubt as to this manor inherited after their mother's death, and so did the families Strale af Sjöared and Ürnflycht, after INGRID was married to Oberste Lieu-tenant Peder Strale, which she also survived, and Sara married a Josua Ürnflycht, after whose death she entered into marriage with Bergmästeren Christer Lilliecrona. Last mi annu to any further information about the mutual kinship of all the now named families it is added that sometimes pre-mentioned "Biographica" there will be two undated applications with King Majit, one of INGRETTA HIORT "En bedröffwadh Enka", that Göta Hofrätt mat is recommended to resolve herself or order someone to take up and adjudicate the dispute she had with her sister-in-law Brita Reuterorantz, David Dagsberg and Gabriel Pedersson, concerning the applicant's dowry, her children's inheritance and their grandparents' illegal will, etc., the other, on the back of which nevertheless states that it was insinuated on March 13.1664, by INGRETTA HIORT "A bereaved Widow", and Sara HIORT, concerning two salvation farms, Hellestad and Ruddebolet, which Mrs. Sophia Lilliesparre bequeathed to her late brother's illegitimate child. The applicants rely onH. K. Mits' audit verdict, according to which they were legal heirs to Mrs. S. Lilliesparre and Jöns Nilsson at Lundby.
