Sarah and her husband moved from NC and went first to Clay County, Indiana and then to Camden or Pulaski Counties, Missouri. Some of their sons and daugters are also buried in Oaklawn and James Madison Manuel did own several of those cemetery lots because we do have the receipt showing he paid for them. Some folks have said that Oaklawn Cem. is the same as Mount View Cem., but it is not. Oaklawn is also known as the Richland City Cem., and is in Pulaski County. Mount View Cemetery is NW of Richland on Mountain View Road, off Highway A, and it is in Camden County. Mount View Church of Christ is next to the cemetery.
