Sara 'Sala' Schonfeld

The May 14, 2024 edition of the Polish newspaper Gazeta Wyborcza carried a legal notice from the Regional Court for the Wola District of Warsaw indicating that, at the request of David Gilat & Yakov Gilat, the Court is preparing to declare the following individual deceased to make possible the processing of her probate case:

Sara (née FREILICH) GUTGELD, daughter of Chaim & Marya FREILICH, born in Kraków on March 11, 1909. Sara's last known address was ul. Grzybowska 29 in Warsaw. She is believed to have died on March 26, 1938.

The Court asks that anyone with knowledge of the fate of Sara Gutgeld come forward within two months of the publication of this notice. In contacting the Court, reference should be made to Docket No. I Ns 705/23.
