Sarah Ann (Terry) Ivy

Sarah was the third child of James David and Emma Lenora "Nora" Terry. She deeply loved her mother and had a very close relationship with her. Sarah remenised about her mother riding her piggy back to watch the birth of a calf on their little farm.

Sarah was raised in christian home and was accepted Christ as her Savior. She would talk of the brush arbor meetings where church would be held outside and how the prayers were answered during the depression when food was scarce. She met her future husband, Frank Ivy one of these brush arbor church meetings.
