About Sarah A. Brown
The above photo is from Find A Grave.com and depicts Sarah Ann Ogle Brown and her husband John W. Brown and their first two children Losia Minnie Brown Jones born in 1888 and Caroline "Carrie" E. Brown Liddell, born in 1890. The caption shows that the photo was taken in 1892 and was a tintype. Two more children were born, Jessie Leora Brown Bell in 1894 and Zora Brown Simpson in 1896. Sarah died just 13 years later in 1909. John lived another 28 years and died in 1937. They were both buried in the Menlo Cemetery in Menlo, Guthrie County, Iowa.
