Biography ==Sarah Chesebrough was a daughter of Nathaniel Chesebrough and Hannah Dennison, born at Stonington, Connecticut, on 30 January 1662. She and several siblings were baptized at Stonington on 15 November 1674.

Find a Grave states she first married Samuel Gallup and after his death, married his brother, but most sources of his time state that Samuelnever married or married someone else. She was married to Lt. William Gallup (1658–1731) at Stonington on 4January 1687/8. They had: ::Sarah bap. February 24 1688–1729 m. Andrew Stanton ::Mary bap. 7 April 1695–1736 m. Deacon John Noyes ::Hannah bap 24 April 1698 ::Temperance bap. 25 May 1701–1778 m. Rev William Worthington Her mother Hannah, leaves in her will of 8 October 1718, a legacy of money unspecified. She died 9 September 1729 in Stonington, New London County, Connecticut and is buried in White Hall Graveyard, Mystic, New London County, Connecticut.
