About Sarah Gray

Sarah Williams was a daughter of Isaac Williams with his second wife Judith Hunt/Cooper (widow of Nathaniel Cooper). Her birth date as published by Wheeler is uncertain, as is the indicated twinship with her sister Mary, whose birth date was most likely misprinted as 2 Oct 1699; Mary was more probably born in 1682, thus not Sarah's twin unless Sarah too was born in that year. Sarah's birth location is also uncertain, as her birth family had relocated away from Newton to Deerfield, Massachusetts in about 1690.

Sarah Williams married twice:

  • m1. Oct 9, 1718 John March
  • m2. Samuel Gray
