About Sarah Hunt

Be very careful. John[??] Hunt married Sarah3 Newman daughter of John Newman and Sarah Smith. Sarah was born 23 Aug 1665 in Ipswich [IpswitchVR 274] and they married when she was 18 years old on 9 Jun 1684 [Ipswich 237]. I had to fix this because originally it showed that John[??] Hunt married Sarah Newman daughter of Thomas Newman who was born 21 Sep 1668 [IpswichVR 274] which is impossible because she would have been 15 when married!!! Also see Parker-Ruggles 429 and GM2-5-255.

She married William Hunt NOT John Hunt. Her father's name was John, not her husband. ~LJB
