Note: Sarah was born between 161-1620, highly unlikely that she was the wife of John Kinney/Keney as the marriage is listed as 1621 - she would have been aged 1-5 years old. This profile lacks good sources! Everything seems to come from family tree files via commercial sites. Original records have not yet beendocumented. Please use with caution.

Were Sarah and John Married in England or Massachusetts? Note: there are many websites that suggest Sarah died about 1663 and many others that suggest 1674 as her death date. Unfortunately, there appear to be no references for either date. Sarah Cheever was born between 1616 and 1620, daughter of William and Margaret (Newman) Cheever. <ref name=TAGv81>Mahler, Leslie. The Collin Family of Broxted, Essex, England. Maternal Ancestors of New EnglandSchoolmaster Ezekiel Cheever in: The American Genealogist, New Haven,Connecticut, 2006, Vol. 81, p. 54-65</ref> named in the 1634 will of Eleanor Collin. <ref name=TAGv81 /> Eleanor Collin, sister to her grandmother Ann (Collin) Newman, died unmarried and in her will of 1634, left numerous bequests, many to the children of her sisters. Included where her niece Margaret Cheever, widow of London, and Margaret's children: Ezekiel, Sarah and Anne. <refname=TAGv81 />
