Wheeler Family of Rutland, Mass., and Some of Their Ancestors, p. 34 says the father had a lot in Sudbury laid out to him in 1629 and share in the first and second division of land in 1639 and 1640. This would probably encompass the birth of Sarah. He lived briefly in Scituate and in 1645 was admitted to the church at Boston from Scituate, living in Muddy River. This almost certainly occurred after Sarah was born.
