- Henry Stevens was born on July 20, 1656 and baptized on July 27, 1656 at Boston.
- Thomas Stevens was born May 20, 1658 and baptized July 11, 1658 at Boston.
- Joshua Stevens was born May 15, 1659 and baptized June 26, 1659 at Boston. He died November 10, 1659 at Boston.
- John Stevens was born May 25, 1663 (baptized as "Henry") and baptized on July 19, 1663 at Boston.
- Samuel Stevens was born September 24, 1665 at Boston and baptized at Roxbury on April 14, 1667.
- Silence Stevens was born July 26, 1668 at Boston and baptized at Roxbury on August 2, 1668. Died or buried at Roxbury on February 1, 1668/9.
