Sarah Hart's father was Stephen Hart, who was in Baltimore County by 1692 as a taxable in South side of Patapsco Hundred. He died by 27 Feb. 1696/7 when administrative bond was posted by John Scutt and wife Katherine, with Thomas Hooker and Robert Parker.
