Biography Sarah, daughter of John and Elizabeth (Dillingham) Barlow, was born at Sandwich, MA on October 15, 1693. She married Isaac Sampson, son of Isaac and Lydia (Standish) Sampson, on October 26, 1715, at Plympton, MA. Isaac and Sarah had six children born at Plympton, all reaching adulthood. Sarah died on July 2, 1733, at the age of 37.
