He married first Sarah Barlow, daughter of John and Elizabeth (Dillingham) Barlow, on October 26, 1715, at Plymouth.[1] She died at Plympton, MA on July 2, 1733, at the age of 37. Isaac and Sarah had six children.
He married second Elizabeth (Hodges) Shaw, daughter of Henry and Esther (Gallop) Hodges and widow of Samuel Shaw. Elizabeth had five sons with her first husband and another six with Isaac.
Isaac died between February 23, 1748, the date of his will, and May 7, 1750, the date his will was proved.
His will mentions wife Elizabeth, sons Uriah, John (executor), Isaac, Jacob, daughters Sarah, Elizabeth, Margaret, Lydia, Anna, Hannah, Phebe. Edward Richmond of Taunton, MA was appointed guardian of minor children Jacob and Phebe.
He died on January 1, 1749, in Middleborough, Plymouth County, Massachusetts and was buried in Plympton, Plymouth County, Massachusetts, United States of America.
Isaac was married twice. Sarah and Isaac were married on 26 October 1715 in Plympton, Plymouth County, Massachusetts. Sarah and Isaac had six children. They were: Hannah Samson Sampson was born on 21 April 1716; Uriah Samson Sampson was born on 30 July 1717; Sarah Samson Sampson was born on 04 January 1719 or 1720; John Samson Sampson was born about 1724; Margaret Samson Sampson was born on 15 April 1728; and Lydia Samson Sampson was born before 02 July 1733. All the children were born in Plympton, Plymouth County, Massachusetts. Isaac married Elizabeth Hodges. Elizabeth was married three times. Elizabeth and Isaac were married . Elizabeth and Isaac had seven children. They were: Anna Samson Sampson was born between 1734 and 25 April 1736 in Plympton, Plymouth County, Massachusetts; Ezra Samson Sampson was born in Maine; Isaac Samson Sampson in Maine; Elizabeth Samson Sampson was born in Plympton, Plymouth County, Massachusetts; Jacob Samson Sampson was born in February 1738 or 1739 in Middleborough, Plymouth County, Massachusetts; and Hannah Samson Sampson was born about 1742 in Maine; Phebee Samson Sampson was born about 1744 in Plympton, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.* Reference: Find A Grave Memorial -
