About Sarah Ammerman
Note from Delane Wycoff regarding the number of Sarah Wycoffs . . . Nov 2nd 2008. "I'm guessing you are looking at the "cycle entries". These are noted by a green circle that shows (x2) indicating that the same person appears at two different points in the family tree diagram. (It would be possible to draw the diagram without duplicating the person's little "leaf" on the tree, but I guess the computer is not smart enough to do that in a reliable way.)
Yes, if you look at it carefully there was a Sarah Wyckoff who married an Amerman and they had a daughter named Sarah that married a Wyckoff (first cousin, Pieter Wycoff, Jr.). This marriage produced a son (John) who married his double second cousin, also named Sarah Ammerman. (Spellings are not always consistent in an age when not everyone was literate.)
I think I got it all right. I sure scratched my head plenty and did a lot of cross checking (even deleted and re-entered some stuff). Certainly mistakes are possible, so point anything out you believe to be wrong (or would like confirmed)."
