    Sarah Mays was born circa 1767 in Stafford County, Virginia.2,3 She was the daughter of Robert Mays and Elizabeth Bolling.1,2 

Sarah Mays married William Yelton, son of James Yelton and Isabel Hinson, on 30 September 1784 in Amherst County, Virginia. The marriage was performed by Rev. Benjamin Coleman.4 Sarah Mays is probably included in the 1830 Census of Pendleton County, Kentucky in the household of her husband, William Yelton.3

Sarah (Mays) Yelton died between 1830 and 5 March 1834 in Pendleton County, Kentucky.5,3

Until I can check the original, I am assuming that this is actually William Yelton, particularly in view of the continuing association with the Mays family.
