  • Scipio van Mombasa (aged 10/12), sold by Dominique de Chavonnes, who was leaving the Cape on the Sallant for Ceylon, to the former Jew Abraham Hartog (from Frankfurt). De Chavonnes wished to buy Scipio back on his return in 1691. He was paid Rds. 50.
