2 - Sebastião Afonso (of § 1), 1st administrator of the chapel instituted by his mother, as recorded in the records of the waste. He was a noble man living in Faial; says Frutuoso, who had three sons and two daughters, all married in Faial da Terra (Fr. Livuos IV, Chapter XXXVIII). He married in Vila Franca before 1555 with Constança Rafael, of the Columbreiros, who in September of 1555 was godmother of a bap. in the Faial of the Earth; must be the daughter of Mor da Ponte and husband (Chap. 78, § 1, No. 3).
