About Severo Cea
Severo Cea was a Filipino businessman and politician. He represented the second district of Camarines Sur at the House of Representatives of the Philippine from June 2, 1931 to June 5, 1934. He was a delegate to the Constitutional Convention representing the same area in 1934.
