Caleb’s will, dated 17 May 1706, proved 1 Nov., 1708, mentions: wife (unnamed), sons Jeremiah and Ebenezer, daughters Margaret Chaplin and Ruth Boynton (Essex Probate, 10:24, and on file).

On 26 May 1674 Caleb married Hannah Harriman, daughter of Leonard Harriman (ca 1622-26 May 1691) & Margaret [Harriman] (-Oct 1676), in Rowley, MA.85 Born on 22 May 1655 in Rowley, MA.85 Hannah died in Rowley, MA 19 Feb 1725/6.85

Their children include:

  1. Hannah Boynton (5 Sep 1675-bef 1706). Not mentioned in her father’s Will.
  2. Margaret Boynton (23 Sep 1677-22 Apr 1735). Married John Chaplin.
  3. Ruth Boynton (ca 1681/2-). Married Judah Clark.
  4. Jeremiah Boynton (Died unmarried) (8 Jan 1685/6-1 Jun 1709).
