"Schley Court of Ordinary February Term 1872

State of Georgia}

Schley County } In the name of God amen I Shadrach

Wall of the State and County aforesaid being of advanced age but of sound and

disposing mind and sumery knowing that I must shortly depart this life deem it

right and proper that I Should make a disposition of the property with which a

kind Providence has blessed me with, I do therefore make this my last Will and

Testament, hereby revoking and annulling all other by me heretofore made.

Item 1st I devise and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian

like manner suitable to my circumstances and condition in life. My soul I trust

shall return to rest with God who gave it.

Item 2nd I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid by my Executor

hereinafter named and appointed.

Item 3rd I give bequeath and devise unto Lucy Wall my former Servant South

half of Lot of land No- in the 30th District Schley County- same Lot lying

North of Ishaml Collum, East of Martha Binns and South of {Holmas ?} Devane. I

further give and bequeath unto said Lucy one good farm mule, fifty bushels

corn, three hundred lbs. pork, one one bed & bedstead and mattress one sow and

five shoats to be selected by herself. Twenty five Dollars in Cash- one table,

three chairs, one pot and oven, one pair of cards & spinning wheel, one lot of

cups and saucers, one Lot of knives & forks one plow stick and plow-hoes & plow

lines.

Item 4th I desire and direct that the balance of my property both real and

personal be sold by my Executor hereinafter named and appointed, at such time

and under such circumstances as my said Executor may think best.

Item 5th I give bequeath and devise unto my son Jesse Wall and Mary Ann

Glover Five hundred Dollars each.

Item 6th I give bequeath and devise unto my daughter-in-Law Mary Wall and her

children Five Dollars and no more.

Item 7th I give bequeath and divise unto my Grand Daughter Susan Jane Wall

daughter of Mary Wall One hundred Dollars

Item 8th I give bequeath and devise unto my daughter-in-law Cinderella Wall

and her children Five dollars and no more.

Item 9th I give and bequeath unto my Grand son A.J. Wall, One hundred Dollars

Item 10th I give bequeath and devise unto my Son-in-Law Elbert Milton and his

Children by my daughter Malinda Milton Five Dollars and no more

Item 11th I give bequeath and devise unto my Grand Son S.W. Drew, J.J. Drew

and John Bradshaw each One hundred Dollars

Item 12th I give bequeath and devise unto my Grand daughter Caroline Wall

daughter of Aarm King Fifty Dollars

Item 13th I give bequeath and devise unto my daughters Ebalin Bradshaw and

Arona King each, One hundred Dollars

Item 14th If there should by any part of my Estate undisposed of or remaining

after paying off the above thirteen Items, I give bequeath and direct that it

be equally divided between my son Jesse Wall, Mary A. Glover, and Arona King

Item 15th I hereby constitute and appoint my friend and Nephew M.J. Wall

Executer of this my last Will and Testament, This Oct. 20th 1868.
