Shirley Marie McCardle

She was raised by her grandmother Helen Barker along with her brother John Barker from birth. Her mother was unmarried at the time. Her mother died in October 1957 and her two younger brothers came to live with them as well. Her three sisters went to live with their Aunt Evelyn. She was 14 years old when her mother died.
