Sidney Loda Lentz, 83, of Arkabutla, died Thursday, September 22, 2005 at Baptist Memorial Hospital Desoto. She was a member of Arkabutla Baptist Church. Services were held Sunday, September 25 at Arkabutla Baptist Church with interment at Surrette Cemetery. Rev. Tim Cline officiated. Pallbearers were Derek Lentz, Clay Lentz, Brandon Lentz, Davie Crockett, Paul Mangrum, Alex Twilley, Nick Nabors and Tommy Lentz.

Mrs. Lentz was preceded in death by her husband, John Thomas Lentz. She is survived by five daughters, Mary Jane Mangrum of Arkabutla, Lela Pollan of Brandon, Hazel Crockett of Looxahoma and Phyllis Twilley and Lisa Dunnagan, both of Senatobia; eight sons, Thomas Lentz, William Lentz, James Lentz, Charles Lentz and Johnny Lentz, all of Arkabutla, Mitchell Lentz of Hernando, Mark Lentz of Southaven and Don Lentz of Arkabutla; a sister, Helen Barmer of Holly Springs; a brother, Joe Patrick of Byhalia; 34 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, 20 great-great-grandchildren and five great-great-great-grandchildren.* Reference: Find A Grave Memorial - SmartCopy: May 17 2024, 14:58:06 UTC
