Wedding record shows birthdate as 25 Mar, 1844, and age as 34 yrs, 2 mo (which matches).

Meldezettel shows age 45 in May 1889 (matches birth in 1844) (gives correct age of 30 for Marie)

His death and probate records give his name as Saloman Sigmund Kollisch. The death record gives his birth date as 25 Mar, 1848, age 55 (which matches). It says born in Vienna, zustandig in Stampfen. The probate record looks like name was first written as Salomon, with Sigmund added later. It shows age as 55. Perhaps there was confusion with Salomon (brother who apparently died as a child) who was born in Wien on Sigmund's 4th birthday.
