Simon Hauger

Simon Hauger of Milford Twp of Somerset Co, PA do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and makin void any former wills by made at any time hereafter, First I diret that all my debts and funeral expences be paid as soon after my deceases as payable out of the first money that comes into the hand of my exectuors from any portion of my estate real or personal.

Item I will bequeath unto my son Jacob S. Hauger six hundred dollars out of my estate if he had not already received the foregoing amount which charged in ta little book kept for that purpose.

Item I will bequeath unto my son George Hauger six hundred dollars out of my estate if have not already received which is said charged in the foresaid book.

Item I will bequeath unto my son John Hauger six hundred dollars out of my estate if have not already received which is said charged in the foresaid book.

Item I will bequeath unto my son Simon Hauger six hundred dollars out of my estate if have not already received which is said charged in the foresaid book.

Item I will bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth intermarried with William Hauger six hundred dollars out of my estate if have not already received which is said charged in the foresaid book.

Item I will bequeath unto my daughter Margaretta intermarried with Tilmon Richtor six hundred dollars out of my estate if have not already received which is said charged in the foresaid book.

Item I will bequeath unto my daughter Lydia intermarried with Peter P. Baker six hundred dollars out of my estate if have not already received which is said charged in the foresaid book.

I bequeath unto my beloved with Margaret and my daughter Susanna the balance of my estate that is in my will.

Is that my Executors shall after each of teh aforesaid seven sons and daughters have beenn made equal at six hundred dollars put the blance on interest an pay to my beloved wife the interest for her maintanence her and my daughter Susannah during her natural life and after the death of my beloved wife if it should be so that my daughter susanna should live any longer it is my will that twelve hundred dollars be kept for her interest for the maintenance and should the interest not be sufficient the executors shall take the principle as will kep them orderly and also will and bequeath unto my beloved wife during her natural life my reserve and all my household and kitchen furniture and two cows six sheep and further I do will to my childred George S Haugher all that tract of land in Wharton Twp Fayette Co, PA adjoining land with Peter P. Baker, Andrew Steward, James Mathrew and others and after the death of their father on the conditions they payed unto my executors the sum of four hundred dollars pay all taxes during his natural life which time their father may reside on said premises and the payment of the said four hundred and sixty dollars shall secure in said land till after the death of George S. Hauger then my executors can sell any portion to make said amount and the balance to go to said children and thereby inpower my executors after they fully received the smae amount either by selling part of said land or from said children to make distribution equally among said children or make and execute a title equally toi them of any amount of said land, and further my will is that after the death of my beloved wife and slso my duaghter susanna that all the balance of my estate if any shall be equally divided amongst my children except my duaghter Margaret she shall have one hundred and seven dollars left in the divident she had received that amount more than the rest of them which is charged against her in the little book. And I do here make my two sons Jacob Haugher and John Hauger executors of this my last iwll and testament where as I simon Hauger have to this my wirtten on one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this day 29th of November in the year of our loard one thousand eight and fifty three.
