Simon Salomon Kafka

Went by Simon and Solomon, just like his grandson (before the latter became Anton).

Kafka is not among the surnames of Vodnany Jews mentioned in 1746 (see https://jewishgen.org/yizkor/bohemia/boh699a.html), so he or his son Abraham moved there later than that, perhaps from around Písek and maybe, just maybe a brother of Anshel Kafka?
