MEMORIAL PHOTOS 0 FLOWERS 3 Charles Gee was born in 1660 in England. This date is given on the US and International Marriage Record, 1560-1900 and the US and Canada Passenger and Immigration List, 1500s-1900s. Charles and his brother Henry Gee came to America together. Henry married Mary Elam and Charles married Hannah Drury in VA. The book "The Gee Family: Descendants of Charles Gee and Hannah of Virginia" by W.J. Fletcher, lists children of this marriage as James 1694-5 Oct 1759 (Albemarle Par. Reg. p. 160) who married Boyce Scott, Charles, Henry who died in the Revolutionary War as a member of the 14th VA Regiment and Robert born before his father's death in 1709, but at his mother's death in 1728, he was under the age of 21 as he was not mentioned in her will. It is therefore possible that Robert was born about 1707 or 08.(Robert Gee of Brunswick Co, VA version II by Bob Skinner). Charles Gee's will recorded 5 July 1709 lists Hannah as the administrator and lists these children. They also had a daughter Elizabeth(1684-16 Apr 1751) who was already married.
