Sir Charles Strickland, 8th Baronet

Sir Charles William Strickland, 8th Bt. (1819-1909) was born on 6 February 1819 the son of Sir George Chomley, 7th Bt. and Mary Constable. He married, firstly, Georgina Selina Septima Milner, daughter of Sir William Mordaunt Sturt Milner, 4th Bt. and Harriet Elizabeth Cavendish-Bentinck, on 19 February 1850. He married, secondly, Anne Elizabeth Nevile, daughter of Reverend Christopher Nevile, on 22 May 1866. He died on 31 December 1909 at age 90.
