This branch of Sir John Brewse 1512-1585 and his son Sir William Brewse b1548 at Little Wenham, Suffolk to his 2x gt..grandson John Brewse bc1645 is taken from "The Manors of Suffolk" volume 6 printed 1910 and is available on Archives.org. During the lifetime of this latter John Brewse, the manor and hall of Little Wenham was sold in 1682 to the Mason family and later to Thurston family. John Brewse and his wife Jemima Bigg of Alphamstone, Essex moved to Essex where Jemima was born. So "The Manors of Suffolk" then do not continue with the Brewse lineage from after 1682.
