8 February 1566: Transumpt made before John Wallace of Craigie, baillie of Kyle Stewart, and his deputes at the instance of William Cunninghame, son and heir apparent of John Cunninghame of Caprington of instrument of sasine in favour of John Cunninghame of the foresaid lands proceeding on a precept granted by Matthew, Earl of Lennox, conform to the earlier charter. 24 December 1575: Charter by John Wallace of Craigie, son and heir of DECEASED JOHN WALLACE OF CRAIGIE with the advice and consent of Hugh Wallace of Carnell, John Wallace of Dundonald, Mr Michael Wallace de [C]rawfurd, his curators for their interest in implementation of a contract between himself with the consent of his curators and Lord James, Earl of Morton, Lord Dalkeith at Edinburgh and Ayr of sale and alienation in favour of Lord James of 40 merk land of old extent of Thuristoun (Thurston), Wodhall (Woodhall) and Waddilie (Weatherley), 20 pound land of Thuristoun and Wodhall, 10 merk land of Woddilie in property and tenandry in the barony and sheriffdom of Renfrew by annexation to hold in property and tenandry of the king as prince and stewart of Scotland. At Edinburgh and Ayr, 24th and 28th December 1575.
