He was born about 1307 (aged 12 in 1319). They had three sons, 'John, Knt. [3rd Lord Northwode]', Roger, and Geoffrey, and one daughter, Agnes. His wife Juliane, died 20 Feb. 1329. He married (2nd) son abter 25 Jun 1331 Elizabeth de Segrave, widow of Richard Foliot, and daughter of John de Segrave, Knt., of Folkestone, Kent, by Juliane, daughter and heiress of John de Sandwich. They had no issue. She died at Canterbury, Kent 11 Dec. 1335, and was buried at Sheppey, Kent. He

She died May 1356. He married (5th) 1 Augst 1356 Agnes ___, widow of John de Cobham, Knt. They had two daughters, Juliane (wife of Peter Rede) and Agnes (wife of Stephen Pysinden). He was summoned to Parliament 3 April 1360. SIR ROGER DE NORTHWODE, 2nd Lord Northwode, died 5 Nov. 1361. His widow, Agnes, married (3rd) before 1370 Christopher Shuckburgh (or Shakkeburgh), Esq., of Warwickshire, and, in right of his wife, of Horton (in Chartham), Kent (living 1407). (and his wife, Lady Agnes, dauther of William, first Baron de Granson, or Gandison, d. 1335, see Beltz's "Order of the Garter"), son and heir of Sir John, first Baron de Northwode, d. 26 May, 1319. In 1319-20, Sir Bartholomew de Badlesmere was given by Edward II., the custody and marriage of Roger de Northwode, aged 13 years, and he sold the "marriage" to "Lady Idonea de Leybourne, late wife of Sir Geoffrey de Say, Sr.," who married him to her daughter Julianna, he being then between 14 and 15 years old.
