About Sir Malby Crofton, 3rd Bt.
Sir Malby Crofton, 3rd Bt. was born on 20 August 1857.2 He was the son of Henry Bliss Crofton and Sophia Horsfall. He married Louisa Margaret Verschoyle, daughter of Richard John Verschoyle, on 18 August 1880.2 He died on 17 September 1926 at age 69.
He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Crofton, of Longford House, co. Sligo [U.K., 1838] on 15 December 1872. He graduated from University College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).
