12. Sir Owain (Owen) Perrot (d 1521) of Haroldston

•Married Catherine Poyntz, daughter of Sir Robert Poyntz of Iron Acton, Gloucestershire, whose mother was a daughter of Anthony Wydeville, Baron Scales (1460) and the Earl of Rivers and Scales (1569). He was brother in law to Edward IV.

1. •Oldest son Robert, heir, died young (d 1522) & with no issue. As his father died while Robert was a minor, Robert was placed in the custody of 2 knights.

5. •Richard of Brook near Claymore - had illegitimate son, Richard
6. •4th son, John Perrot (d ~1560s) started the family branch in Carmarthen,
7. •Rys (Rice/Richard) Perrott (d. 1571), who lived in Sandwitch, Kent. Tutored King Edward VI in Greek. Became a bailiff of Sandwich in 1557, its M.P. in 1563, then its mayor 1565-66. He was also bailiff and verger for Sir Thomas Cheyney.

Owen Perrot [3290]: He was born in ABT. 1463 in Haroldston, Pembrokeshire, Wales, and he died in 1513 in Haroldston, Pembrokeshire, Wales. He married Katherine Poyntz [3291] on 1498 in Iron Acton, Gloucestershire, England, and had the following child:

His parents were William Perrot [3130] (b. 1439 in England, d. (unknown)), and Jane Wogan [3131] (b. ABT. 1433 in Haroldston, Pembrokeshire, Wales, d. (unknown)).
