Biographical Summary

"Sir William Bruce, Baronet [S 1628] of Stenhouse, 3rd but 1st surviving son and heir; was sometime in Jamaica; succeeded to the Baronetcy 1 November 1795. He married June 1795, Anne Colquhoun, 3rd daughter of Sir William Cuningham (afterwards Cuningham-Fairlie), 5th Baronet [S 1630], by Anne, daughter of Robert Colquhoun, of the island of St Christopher. He died 17 November 1827."
