NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Monday the 12th day of February, A.D. 1855, an application will be made to the Court in and for Peoria county, in the state of Illinois, for a decree to sell the real estate of which Stephen Willard, deceased late of Peoria county, died seized or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay the debts of said estate; when and where all persons interested may appear and show cause if any they have why said decree should not be granted. dec 22

ADMINISTRATOR'S SALE -- NOTICE is hereby given that by virtue of a decree of the county court of Peoria county, the undersigned administrator will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, on Saturday the 31st day of March next, at the hour of 2 o'clock of that day P.M., the following described real estate: Forty acres, being on the west side of the south-west quarter of section No. eighteen, (18) in township No. eleven, (11) north range eight (8) east of the 4th Principal Meridian, in Peoria county Illinois; also lot No. eight (8) of the School Section, (being section 16) in same Township and Range.
Sale to be made on the premises above described, on terms, one half cash in hand, the rest on a credit of 12 months, the purchaser giving his bond with good security and a mortgage on the premises to secure the payment of the unpaid purchase money. Deed to be made to the purchaser at the time of sale.
