Steven Jay Williams (born July 24, 1974), more commonly known by his online alias Boogie2988, is an American YouTuber and comedian. Williams is most known for his character sketches - the most famous of which feature his character "Francis", a childish gamer who has a tendency to smash things in fits of rage. As well as his sketches, Williams creates vlogs where he discusses topics such as mental health, his obesity and news in the gaming industry or on YouTube. Weighing 567 lbs at his heaviest, Williams got gastric bypass surgery in 2017 and now weighs 380 lbs.
