About Stewart Baker Farmer
Son of James Washington Farmer and Mary Rowen May Farmer, Stewart married Daisy Bell Chambers in about 1907 in Atlanta, Georgia. They had 3 sons, S.B., Alton Lloyd, and Elmer Virgil. Daisy died in 1915 and was buried in Hollywood Cemetery in Atlanta near Stewart's parents. Stewart moved with the 3 boys to Chattanooga in 1918 to work in a foundry. He married Hazel Bell Turner on March 12, 1918, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. They had 2 sons, Virgil Wilmoth and James Edward. Stewart and Hazel lived in St. Elmo on Beulah Avenue.
