Hungerford pedigrees all apparently agree that Susan Danvers, was the fist wife of Sir Walter Hungerford [1503-1527] and the mother of his eldest son Walter Hungerford. However, a painting of Walter Hungerford giving his age and date of birth indicates a birth of about 1532, so assuming that is correct, Walter Hungerford [abt 1527-1596] may in fact be the son of the second wife Alice Sandys.
Susan Danvers and Walter Hungerford are not known to have had any other issue.
Susan must have died about 1527 as Walter married in that year to his second wife Alice Sandys.
